ICE arrests 206 LA area fugitives in a National Immigration Sweep

According to the Associated Press, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested 206 immigration fugitives and convicted illegal immigrants in the Los Angeles area during a national immigration sweep.  The six-day operation was named “Cross Check” and ended Thursday with 3,100 arrests nationwide.  One hundred six of the 206 immigrants arrested had convictions for serious or violent crimes.  One hundred twenty four were arrested in Los Angeles County, 34 in Orange County, 15 in Riverside County, 14 in San Bernardino County, 10 in Ventura County, and 9 in Santa Barbara County.  Almost 80 of these locals arrested were already removed from the United States.  For information regarding Immigration Bonds please call Penny Bail Bonds at 1-866-736-3977 or visit us at http://www.pennybailbonds.com or http://www.thebailbondstore.com
